"Wave of snow, rain is expected in next 48 hours," says Meteorological Directorate

The General Director of Meteorology and Seismic Monitoring in the Kurdistan Region announced the weather forecast within the next 48 hours.

 

The Meteorological Directorate said in a statement that; the weather in the Kurdistan Region will witness a great change in the coming hours and there will be a decrease in temperatures.

 

The statement added: Most areas of the Kurdistan Region will witness a wave of rain, starting this afternoon, Tuesday, and at evening hours, the mountainous border areas will witness a wave of snow.

 

Further, Tomorrow, Wednesday, temperatures will decrease compared to today, Tuesday, and the effects of rain and snow will decrease on Wednesday afternoon.
