Iraq’s Oil Exports Generated Over $1.08 Billion in April

The Iraqi Ministry of Oil has announced the statistics for the country’s oil exports and revenues for April 2026, based on figures released by the Iraq's State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO).

According to the ministry's report, total crude oil exports, including condensates, amounted to 9,884,130 barrels during April, generating revenues of more than $1.087 billion.

The statistics showed that crude oil exports from Basra totalled 4,587,610 barrels during the month, while exports from the Kurdistan Region through the Turkish port of Ceyhan reached 339,064 barrels. Exports from Kirkuk through the same port amounted to 4,957,456 barrels.

The ministry noted that, as part of its commitment to transparency and keeping the public informed about export activities, it continues to publish monthly reports detailing oil export figures and revenues.
