Qubad Talabani: PUK Aims to Adjust Its Vision

The supervisor of the Secretariat Office of the President, Mam Jalal, explains, "The PUK is significant for Kurdistan, Iraq, and the surrounding region, which is why we opened the doors of Congress to our allies."

During an interview with Kurdsat News, Qubad Talabani stated, "On this day, I extend my deepest condolences to the families of the martyrs, in particular, and to the citizens of the Kurdistan Region, in general. I hope that all comrades will attend the congress with party zeal and respect for the PUK's struggle, as the PUK seeks to adapt its vision to the current conditions in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the surrounding areas."

"There will be extensive discussion regarding the future of the PUK, and the early convening of the fifth congress shows that the PUK is a thriving party that will continue to exist," he added.

Regarding the invitation of guests to the fifth congress, Qubad Talabani stated, "The PUK is vital to Kurdistan, Iraq, and the surrounding region. In light of this, we deemed it essential to invite our guests to the Congress to participate in this momentous occasion."
