A blacksmith in Slemani forges depictions of Kurdish, foreign figures

Fuad Osman, known as Fuad Blacksmith, has been working in Slemani for more than 50 years, and as a hobby, he forges depiction of the poets, artists, and political figures.

Osman has made many depictions in his shop, and whenever you go to the shop, you will see that a skilled artist made them.

Osman told PUKmedia: "At the beginning of my work, I was excited to create iron depictions, and I have been doing this for many years, and I have created many pictures of figures, poets, and artists."

"People are very interested in my works, and they bring me their pictures on papers to turn it into a depiction," he added.

"It is difficult to create these depictions, but it is my passion, and I will never get tired of it," Osman continued.
