Bafel Talabani: We will correct the mistakes by returning to Mam Jalal's path

Bafel Talabani, Co-President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan PUK, accompanied by Sheikh Jaafar Sheikh Mustafa, VP of the Kurdistan Region, Mustafa Chawrash, commander of the Seventy forces, Jalal Sheikh Naji, Peshmerga Intelligence Officer, and Shallaw Kosrat Rasul, a member of the Leadership Committee, visited the 3rd and 7th Special Brigades.

During the visit, Bafel Talabani expressed his gratitude to the Peshmerga forces, praising the historical role of the Peshmerga, which is full of pride and struggle, who were always ready to defend their land.

"You are a source of pride and honor for the PUK, and your history is full of redemption and sacrifices. In a revolutionary spirit, you defended Kurdistan and your union, the union of the late president, Mam Jalal. We will not forget this history, and we owe it to you and the martyrs," Talabani stated.

 

Regarding the changes within PUK, Bafel Talabani clarified to the Peshmarga commanders, saying: "All the changes that took place came for the sake of the public interest and to protect the glory of PUK, and to return to the path of the late nation's president, Mam Jalal, and to correct mistakes."

Talabani continued that changes and reforms will continue, and everyone will see pleasant results in the future.
