Iraq announces 4,684 new cases of Covid-19, 34 deaths

The Iraqi Health Ministry on Thursday confirmed 4,684 new coronavirus cases, raising the total number to 1,242,540 in the country.

 

The Ministry also said that 34 more people died from the virus during the day, bringing the death toll to 16,648.

 

Adding that 4,086 recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 1,159,973 in Iraq.

 

The new cases were recorded after 44,474 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours with the vaccination of 22,695 people in the country.
