Iraq announces 4,616 new cases of Covid-19, 25 deaths

The Iraqi Health Ministry on Wednesday confirmed 4,616 new coronavirus cases, raising the total number to 1,237,856 in the country.

 

The Ministry also said that 25 more people died from the virus during the day, bringing the death toll to 16,5614.

 

Adding that 4,372 recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 1,155,887 in Iraq.

 

The new cases were recorded after 44,999 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours with the vaccination of 19,648 people in the country.
