Iraq's Covid-19 tally tops 918,155 with record 6,779 cases in 24 hours

Iraq, Saturday-  The Iraqi Health Ministry confirmed 6,779 new cases of the coronavirus, raising the total number to 918,155 in the country.

 

37 more people died from the coronavirus during the day, bringing the death toll to 14,678.

 

The Ministry also said that 4,891 recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 809,663 in Iraq.

 

The new cases were recorded after 41,040 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours
