Iraq records 778 new Covid-19 cases, 5 deaths

The Iraqi Health Ministry confirmed 778 new cases of COVID-19, raising the total number to 613,763 in the country.

 

The Iraqi Health Ministry said on Sunday that 5 more people died from the coronavirus during the day, bringing the death toll to 12,993.

 

The Ministry also said that 1,704 recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 581,542 in Iraq.

 

 

The new cases were recorded after 35,343 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours.
