A close associate of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, known as "Sadr's Minister", called on Tuesday on the supporters of the Sadrist movement protesting inside the Iraqi parliament building to evacuate it.

The Sadr's Minister published a list of instructions for the protestors and said in a tweet: "After the parliament was liberated and turned into a parliament for the people, thanks to God Almighty and the efforts of the heroic revolutionaries, the following has been decided:

First: Evacuation of the parliament building and organize the sit-in before and around the Parliament within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of this publication.

Second: If there are other places where you should organize the sit-in, then instructions will come to you accordingly.

Third: The permanence of the sit-in is very important to achieve your demands, which we will present to you later. Therefore, the sit-in must be organized in the form of groups, with the momentum of the numbers remaining at specific times.

Fourth: The unified Friday prayer for the combined prayers of Baghdad, Babil, Kut, Karbala, and Najaf will be held in the celebration squares at the end of this week."

He concluded his tweet, saying, “We are in the process of forming a committee by the protesters to manage and organize the protests and take care of everything necessary.”

It is noteworthy that the Sadrist Movement protestors have stormed the Green Zone and the parliament building since last Saturday.
