Kurdistan Region records 561 new Covid cases, 1,211 recoveries

Kurdistan Region has recorded 561 new positive cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours, raising the total number to 355,541 in the region. 

The Health Ministry said on Friday at there have been 28 death cases from the coronavirus during the day, bringing death toll to 6,265. 

It also said that 1,211 people recovered during the day, bringing the total recoveries from the disease to 333,257. 

The Health Ministry, as usual, thanked the efforts of all health workers, calling on citizens to adhere to health instructions, and to contact the hotline "122" for any emergency.
