Kurdistan Region records 688 new Covid cases, 1,376 recoveries

Kurdistan Region has recorded 688 new positive cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours, raising the total number to 352,829 in the region. 

The Health Ministry said on Wednesday that there have been 12 death cases from the coronavirus during the day, bringing death toll to 6,188. 

It also said that 1,376 people recovered during the day, bringing the total recoveries from the disease to 329,327. 

The Health Ministry, as usual, thanked the efforts of all health workers, calling on citizens to adhere to health instructions, and to contact the hotline "122" for any emergency.
