The Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) has issued a message of congratulations on the occasion of the Yazidi New Year, which reads as follows:

On the occasion of the Yazidi New Year, we extend our warmest congratulations to all our Yazidi brothers and sisters, wishing them a joyful and happy celebration.

On this occasion, we reaffirm our support for strengthening security and stability in Sinjar and its surrounding areas.
