President Bafel Calls on All Parties to Demonstrate Flexibility for Common Good

Bafel Jalal Talabani, the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, met with Mohamed al-Halbousi, the leader of the Taqadum (Progress) Party, in Baghdad.
The meeting discussed the most recent political developments in the surrounding area, as well as the importance of ongoing consensus among political parties and forces in resolving conflicts and ensuring the success of the country's political process.
It also reaffirmed the commitment to the Constitution and political agreements to overcome obstacles and achieve a satisfactory outcome in Kirkuk administration and legal procedures, so that all efforts are focused on assisting Kirkuk and its citizens without discrimination.
President Bafel Jalal Talabani emphasised the importance of ongoing discussions and wise actions to obtain the greatest interests. He urged all parties to demonstrate flexibility for the common good and to prioritise initiatives that benefit the people and promote a more secure life.
