The Kurdistan parliament should have four constituencies for the upcoming elections, with each province choosing its own representative, according to a member of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK).
Saadi Ahmed Pire, a member of the PUK Political Bureau, stated in a news conference regarding the minority seats in the Kurdistan parliament: "Christians and Turkmens should pick their MPs, and it is better to have four constituencies."
"The voter record must be cleared," he declared. "Each province
will have its own representative in Kurdistan's parliament and the Kurdistan
