President Bafel reiterates a national agreement with British Ambassador

President Bafel Jalal Talabani and British Ambassador's meeting
Bafel Jalal Talabani, the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, welcomed Mark Bryson-Richardson, the British Ambassador to Iraq, in Sulaymaniyah Province.
In the meeting, which Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, a member of the Political Bureau's Executive Board, attended, the two sides focused on improving their relationship as well as expanding their cooperation and coordination.
The internal difficulties of the Kurdistan Region, the Peshmerga issue, and the disagreements between the Kurdistan Regional Government and Iraq were also covered. Both sides emphasized that the foundation for addressing the issues is the continuation of dialogue and returning to the Constitution.
President Bafel Jalal Talabani said: "Every one of us has a responsibility to serve our nation and must handle the situation responsibly." He then pointed to the procedures to settle the concerns and a national agreement.
