Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received Irfan Siddiq, the British Ambassador to Iraq, in Baghdad on Tuesday.

The meeting focused on the latest political and security developments in the region, with both sides underlining the importance of resolving issues through peaceful means.

President Bafel emphasised the need to strengthen continued cooperation and enhance comprehensive coordination between all relevant parties, in order to safeguard stability and address ongoing challenges effectively.
