Qubad Talabani, Member of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), reaffirmed his commitment to improving services for the people of Balisan valley, Erbil province.

In a statement on his official Facebook page, Talabani said: “Balisan and its residents deserve much more service, and we will not hesitate to serve them as much as we can.”

During his visit to the area, Talabani expressed his appreciation for the community, saying: “I was pleased and honoured to meet the beloved people of this beautiful region. Balisan and its people truly deserve greater service, and we will do our utmost to fulfil that duty.”
