Qubad Talabani Visits Kirkuk, Reaffirms Support for Kirkuk Administration

Qubad Talabani, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, arrived in Kirkuk Governorate, where he was welcomed by Rebwar Taha, the Governor of Kirkuk, Mohammed al-Hafidh, Chairman of the Provincial Council, and the Council's members.
During his visit, Qubad Talabani engaged in discussions with officials in the Kirkuk administration about the current situation and strategies to enhance the level of services offered to the public.
At a press conference, which was followed by PUKMEDIA, Qubad Talabani said: "I am delighted to be visiting Kirkuk Governorate today, and I extend my gratitude to the officials here for their warm welcome."
The Deputy PM added: "I am thrilled because I have seen joint efforts and a unified team working together to serve the people of Kirkuk, who do not need politics but rather require services and good governance."
He also said: "I am pleased to witness a strong sense of unity and collaboration, and I hope to further develop this cohesion. I am here today to reaffirm the support of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan for the Kirkuk administration, the Provincial Council, and all the people of Kirkuk."
Furthermore, Qubad Talabani urged the parties currently boycotting the Kirkuk Provincial Council sessions to participate more actively, voice their opinions within the Council, and fulfill their oversight responsibilities.
