A ceremony to introduce and read the "No Higher Honor" book by the former US National Security Advisor and Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, was held on Saturday in the presence of Stran Abdullah, head of the Media Office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and several members of the office and readers.

Baram Subhi, the translator of the book, told PUKmedia: “I have translated the book from Arabic into Kurdish, and previously, all parts of the book, which includes nine different titles, were published in 2018 in nine special appendices of the Kurdistani Nwe newspaper."

"One of the most prominent events in the Middle East was the end of the Ba'ath regime in 2003, which had been oppressing our nation for decades. After the fall of the regime, successive Iraqi presidents are an important topic of the book, until President Mam Jalal came into power and had an effective role in reconciliation and coexistence in Iraq," he said.

"In the photos section of her memoir, Condoleezza Rice put several photos of her and President Mam Jalal, where she conveyed her greetings to President Mam Jalal, who as a Kurdish leader has made great efforts to liberate Iraq and coexistence in Iraq," he added.

The book has 282 pages and tells the story of Condoleezza Rice, a prominent American figure who played an important role in Iraq.
