Four Kurds in Iraqi Olympics Team

The Iraqi Olympic team is scheduled to travel to Turkey for training and some friendly games on Sunday evening.
The organizer of Iraq's friendly games Hazhar Maruf announced that the Iraqi Olympic travel comes days after a training session finished in a camp in Baghdad, during which 26 athletes were selected by the Olympic team's head coach Miroslav Soukup.
He added that 4 Kurds were among the selected athletes, including Ahmed Sartip, Mohammed Dlawar, Emad Issa, and Mirkhan Doski.
The Iraqi Olympic camp is scheduled to play three friendly games in Turkey. On January 26, Iraq will play against a Ukrainian team, three days later it plays against a Kazakhstani team and against a Turkish club in early February.
