Kurdish professional football player invited to Iraqi Olympic Team

Hiran Azad, a Kurdish player who plays for the Swiss club Sion, was officially invited to the Iraqi Olympic team.

Hiran Azad was born in Germany in 2000; he is the brother Hozan Azad, a former prominent player of Slemani club and the Olympic and youth team of Iraq, and in Europe they are known as Hiran Ahmed and Hozan Ahmed.

Hiran previously played for German's Hombrucher and SG Wattenscheid clubs.
