The Sulaymaniyah Public Park

The Sulaymaniyah Public Park is in the heart of Sulaymaniyah city in the Kurdistan Region, which is situated at Salim Street opposite of Sulaimani Palace Hotel. It was built in 1937 and considered as the oldest and most beautiful parks in the city. The park includes statues of 4 officers and some poets and artists. 

 

There is also a playground for children, as well as exercising instruments for visitors who wish to workout.

 

Sulaymaniyah, the city of culture, is a city of the Kurdistan Region, north of Iraq, which is located 370.7 km northeast of Iraqi capital Baghdad.
