     Announcing coronavirus test procedures and its results during 24 hours in Kurdistan Region

The Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Regional Government on Sunday, announced in a statement that the Coronavirus measure takings in the region are continuing as follows:


1- Quarantine:

Quarantine has been carried out so far for 11,025 citizens who returned from abroad and who were confirmed to be infected with the virus, and so far there are only 1176 citizens remaining in 32 quarantine centers, including 515 in Erbil, 163 in Sulaimaniyah , 497 in Duhok , 1 in Raparin and 98499 exit from the quarantine centers and sent to their homes.


2- Tests:

1082 tests were carried out during the past 24 hours, including 511 in Erbil, 345 in Sulaymaniya, and 226 in Duhok, and no cases were reported in the region.


Also, 60483 tests have been conducted so far from the beginning of the emergence of coronavirus in the Kurdistan Region.


3- General Outcome:

A total of 404 cases of coronavirus were reported, including 5 deaths, 383 recovery cases, and 16 patients have so far been under medical cure.
