The government seeks to select a candidate for the Education Ministry

Federal Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, on Wednesday, discussed with the chairman and members of the Education Committee in the House of Representatives, the selection of a candidate for the Ministry of Education.

 

A statement from the office of Abdul-Mahdi said, PUKmedia obtained a copy of it: "In conjunction with preparations for the start of the new school year, the latter held a meeting with the chairman and members of the Education Committee in the House of Representatives."

 

The statement added that, the educational reality in all its aspects and solutions and proposals for the development of the education sector, choosing a candidate to assume the portfolio of the Ministry of Education and a number of other topics related to education were discussed.

 

The statement pointed out that the chairman and members of the Education Committee made a number of observations and proposals for inclusion in the financial budgets and discussed the affairs and requirements of the educational sector within the government program.
