Galawez Ali, a member of Nineveh Provincial Council has confirmed the formation of a 23-member alliance to pave the way for the dismissal of governor, Mansour al-Mar'id .
Ali said in a special statement to PUKmedia: The citizens in Mosul have not yet seen any changes in the city after Al-Mar'id took the position of governor more than 100 days ago.
He added: We did not vote on the nomination when nominated for the post of governor, explaining that the opposition was formed first of 10 members and then joined 13 others.
