A legal expert: The international community did not do justice to the Yazidis

3/8/2019 14:16:00

Legal expert, Tariq Harb confirmed that the international community did not offer anything practical to help the Yezidi Kurds after they were subjected to the heinous crimes of ISIS.

In an exclusive statement on Saturday, August 3, 2019, Tariq Harb told PUKmedia: "The international community can help Yazidis on the media, but not practically, and the evidence is that the UN Security Council appointed Karim Khan as a representative of the trial of ISIS terrorists, and the trial is not like compensation for the martyrs and the affected.

Harb added that the investigation could lead to a positive outcome, but that the result would be modest, stressing that the international community did not do justice to Yazidi women and children in the camps and did not give them anything.

Today, August 3, marks the anniversary of the tragedy of Sinjar, where terrorists attacked the district of Sinjar on 3/8/2014, killing women, children and men, and killing thousands of Yazidis.
