Rice harvest season begins in Darbandikhan

Rice harvest season has begun in the village of Kani Kirmanj in the Sheikhan plain on the outskirts of Darbandikhan, 67.3 km south of Slemani, while farmers are busy collecting the rice they planted.

Mahdi Abdullah, a young rice farmer from the area, told PUKmedia that they begin planting the rice in June, while harvesting season begins in October.
