Qubad Talabani inaugurates largest cultural center for youth in Koya

On Friday, the opening ceremony of the Azadi Cultural Center was held in Koya district of Erbil Governorate in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, Qubad Talabani.

Azadi Cultural Center for Youth is the largest in Iraq. The center consists of two sections, the first is educational and the other is a library and a cafe.
