Sulaymaniyah.... A ceremony for distributing the book 'The Ambassador'

A special ceremony was held at the Amna Swraka Hall in the city of Sulaymaniyah to distribute the book (Ambassador from Sulaymaniyah to Geneva, A meeting with Dr. Mohammed Saber) in the presence of a large collection of writers and authors.

 

At the beginning of the ceremony, the author of the book, Xalaf Ghafour gave a speech in which he welcomed the audience and all those who contributed to the succeeding the book.

 

For his part, Dr. Mohammed Saber, former Ambassador of Iraq said during a special statement to PUKmedia: "The beginning of this meeting dates back to last year and it is clear that last year witnessed a lot of events. The book consists of 232 pages, during which many answers were presented according to the questions that were asked about me, few of them were about my life." 

 

He added: "The book also includes a talk about the stages of my political life and when I started the political work, I began political work since the beginning of the sixties of the last century in the Kurdistan Students Union and then in the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan."

 

He continued: "In 1974 I joined the ranks of the Peshmerga forces, and the book includes a talk about my role within the ranks of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, where I took the post of Foreign Relations Officer Branch of Europe and the last stage is my job as ambassador."

 

"I have a new project in the future to talk about my experience in the diplomatic corps and the history and developments of diplomacy," said Dr. Saber.
