Pomegranate and local products festival in Halabja

Last Thursday, in Halabja, pomegranates and local products festival was launched, where local products mostly pomegranates are presented as way for advertising local products.


The festival was held by Azad Muhammad, the ideal farmer in Halabja, in which a number of farmers and citizens participated by presenting their local products of pomegranate, grapes, honey and dried fruits.


Also, a number of handicrafts and Kurdish folkloric foods were shown during the festival in the presence of citizens of Halabja Governorate and other cities in the Kurdistan Region.
