Sulaimani's Farah Hotel is the city's latest tourist attraction

Farah Hotel, one of the oldest hotels in Sulaimani, is located in a very different location than it was first built.

The hotel's location is one of the most crowded places in the center of Sulaimani.

Work on building the hotel started in 1932 and was ended by 1934. In 2006, Sulaimani Directorate of Archaeology adopted the ownership of the hotel.

The hotel was renovated from the periods of 2013 to 2014 and the hotel is currently turned into a heritage center, attracting about 200 people on holidays.
