Qubad Talabani thanks employees of Sulaymaniyah Airport

On Tuesday, Qubad Talabani, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region, visited the Sulaymaniyah  International Airport and was welcomed by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the regional government and the general manager of the airport.


During his visit, the Deputy Prime Minister, with the presence of the Minister of Transport and Communications and the General Manager of the airport,  met with the managers and officials of all the departments and bases in the airport.


Qubad Talabani thanked General Manager of the airport and his staff, who, despite the financial crisis and the situation with Covid-19, were able to sincerely work and develop the airport.


Later, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed the government's support for the Sulaymaniyah International Airport and called for continued development and service of tourists.
