American delegation visits archaeological sites in Sulaymaniyah

The Public Affairs Official at the US Consulate General in the Kurdistan Region, Adrian Pratt, and a team from the consulate visited an archaeological site in Sulaymaniyah, the US consulate general said on Tusday.

 

The consulate said in a tweet: "PAO Adrian Pratt and a team from @USConGenErbil visited Sartka Citadel in Qashqoli area in Sulaymaniyah to learn about this historic site from the 19th century's Soran Principality.

 

While there, the team also took in the spectacular view of Lake Dukan from Qarasrd mountain."
