The Iraqi National Intelligence Service announced the arrest of the so-called "Wali of Fallujah" in the ISIS terrorist organization, in cooperation with the Asayish forces in the Kurdistan Region.

 

In a joint operation, successful approaches have been conducted to detain the ISIS Terrorist Abu Ali known as "Walli of Fallujah" on Monday. 

 

In a statement, it has been stated that "Abu Ali confessed during the preliminary investigations with him that he belonged to the Al-Qaeda organization in 2005, and worked within the shelters for terrorist groups of those who hold Arab nationality."

 

Adding to that, “the governor of Fallujah was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment before he was released in 2011, after which he renewed the so-called allegiance to ISIS gangs and worked within weapons dens.

 

More on that, he fled to Syria after the operation to liberate Anbar Governorate, then he returned and appointed the so-called deputy Wali of Mosul. Then appointed the so-called Wali of Fallujah, and he wore an explosive belt during his arrest. "
