On Sunday night, Turkish forces stationed at the Scientific Research Center on the Azaz-Yahmoul road targeted the village of Maraanaz and Menagh Military Airport with artillery shells.

A private source told North Press that the Turkish artillery bombed the village of Maraanaz and Menagh Airport with more than 15 artillery shells, without information reported on the damage it left.

Turkish-backed armed groups bombed the village of Maraanaz in the Kafr Kalbin area, east of Azaz, with mortar shells.

Turkish forces bombed the village of Abyan, in the Sherawa district south of Afrin, with several artillery shells, in conjunction with an intense flight of Turkish drones over the area.

They also bombed the village of Samuqiya in Shahba region with five artillery shells.

For years, Turkish forces have been targeting residential neighborhoods in the villages and towns of the region since Turkey and its affiliated armed groups took over regions in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
