Dr. Kamal Mazhar to be buried in Sulaymaniyah's Saiwan Hill

The body of the Kurdish historian and writer Dr. Kamal Mazhar arrived in Sulaymaniyah, and the funeral of the deceased is scheduled to take place today, Wednesday, to its final resting place at Saiwan Hill in Sulaymaniyah.
On Tuesday 3/16/2021, the great Kurdish writer and historian Dr. Kamal Mazhar died in Germany at the age of 84 years.
On Tuesday evening, the body of the Kurdish historian Dr. Kamal Mazhar arrived at Erbil International Airport.
The body was received by the Minister of Culture in the Kurdistan Regional Government and a number of party and government officials, and a solemn funeral ceremony was held in the city of Erbil before his body was transferred to the city of Sulaymaniyah to be buried next to the Kurdish the well-known historian Muhammad Amin Zaki Bag in Saiwan hill.
