Kurdistan Region records 94 new Covid-19 cases, tally touches 105,702

The Kurdistan Region has recorded 94 new positive cases of Covid-19, raising the total number to 105,702 in the region.

 

The Health Ministry said on Monday that 1 people died from the coronavirus during the day, bringing the death toll to 3,457. 

 

The new cases were recorded after 4,611 suspected cases were tested across the Kurdistan Region during the past 24 hours.

 

It also said that 937 people recovered during the day, bringing the total recoveries from the disease to 94,427.

 

In comparison with the previous daily reports of the KRG Ministry of Health, registration of Covid-19 cases has witnessed a major decrease.

 

The Health Ministry, as usual, thanked the efforts of all health workers, calling on citizens to adhere to health instructions and to stay at their homes, and to contact the hotline "122" for any emergency.
