The United States Embassy in Baghdad strongly condemned the suicide attack in the Aviation Square in Baghdad.

 

The United States strongly condemns the suicide attack at the Aviation Square in Baghdad today that killed and injured dozens of innocent Iraqi civilians, the embassy said in a statement on their official twitter account.

 

This attack is a reprehensible act of cowardice that underscores the dangers of terrorism that millions of Iraqis continue to face. We extend our condolences to the families of these victims, and hope for the swift recovery for those who were injured, the statement added
