Iraq records 823 new Covid-19 cases, 9 deaths

The Iraqi Health Ministry confirmed 823 new cases of COVID-19, raising the total number to 609,852 in the country.

 

The Iraqi Health Ministry said on Tuesday that 9 more people died from the coronavirus during the day, bringing the death toll to 12,962.

 

The Ministry also said that 1,813 recovered from the disease bringing the total recovery cases to 573,011 in Iraq.

 

The new cases were recorded after 35,272 suspected cases were tested across Iraq during the past 24 hours.
