Officer and two soldiers killed by ISIS in Iraq's Mosul

Haider Adel Muhammad, an officer in the Iraqi army along with two soldiers were killed in Mosul, the Iraqi Ministry of Defense said on Sunday.

 

According to the ministry's statement, they were killed as a result of the explosion of an explosive device of remnants of ISIS terrorist, while inspecting the Sharaya area north of Tal Afar, Mosul Governorate.

 

In 2016, Mosul was liberated from ISIS terrorists, since then several terrorist attacks were done by ISIS remnants in the area.
