Kurdistan Region announces 69 new COVID-19 cases, tally touches 104,843

The Kurdistan Region has recorded 69 new positive cases of coronavirus, raising the total number to 104,843 in the region.
The health ministry said on Thursday that 4 people died from the coronavirus during the day, bringing the death toll to 3,431.
The new cases were recorded after 3,867 suspected cases were tested across the Kurdistan Region during the past 24 hours.
It also said that 971 people recovered during the day, bringing the total recoveries from the disease to 83,872.
The Health Ministry, as usual, thanked the efforts of all health workers, calling on citizens to adhere to health instructions and to stay at their homes, and to contact the hotline "122" for any emergency.
