Sulaymaniyah hosts the Iraqi "Classico" of volleyball

On Sunday, the Sulaymaniyah Peshmerga Club will face the Iraqi Police Club, as part of the final round of the first phase of the Iraqi Volleyball Super League.

 

The match is known as the Volleyball Classico in Iraq, and the two teams have been competing for the championship for years.

 

The Peshmerga, the champion of last season, guaranteed the next stage and saw one loss in five matches, and in contrast, the Police Club won five matches, topping its group.
