PUK Supreme Elections Commission issues an explanation

The Supreme Elections Commission of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) issued a clarification on the holding of the organization centers' conference.


The committee said on Saturday that the Higher Preparatory Committee for the Fourth congress, and based on the decision of the Political Bureau to assess the share of institutions, especially (organizations centers) and the announcement of the date of the organizations centers' conference, held a meeting in the Political Bureau building and discussed the decisions and recommendations of the Political Bureau, and the demands of the centers and their shares, to participate in the fourth congress of the Patriotic Union, and after an extensive discussion, it was decided to implement the demands of the centers.


The committee added: and for this purpose, the Supreme Committee for Elections has asked the organizations centers to speed up the submission of the final lists of candidates, while the Committee assured, it had completed the logistical and technical procedures necessary to hold the organizations centers' conference.
