International street theater festival kicks off in Darbandikhan

On Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019, the International Festival of Street Theater was launched in Darbandikhan district, Sulaymaniyah province, with the participation of a number of theater groups from 6 foreign countries and many other groups in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.


Aras Abdul Rahman, director of the festival, said that the festival is very important, announcing at the same time that the international festival of street theater began its activities with the participation of 10 foreign teams and 11 local troupes from the Kurdistan region and Iraq in Darbandikhan, and will provide many activities and artistic events.
