Canada: Kurds show their support for the western Kurdistan

In an emergency call of Toronto Kurdish Community center against the Turkish attacks in Western Kurdistan, a large number of Kurds in Ontario Province, on October 10, 2019, demonstrated in front of the US Consulate building in Ontario Province, against Trump’s decision to withdraw the US troops from western Kurdistan.

 

In the demonstration, the Kurds from the four parts of Kurdistan, raised banners against the Turkish airstrikes on the Western Kurdistan namely ‘Rojava’, and showed their support for the brave people of Rojava and the Kurdish fighters.

 

A number of speeches were given during the demonstration condemning the Turkish attacks and Trumps decision. At the end of the demonstration, a decision was made to hold another demonstration in Young Street.
