Baghdad .. A meeting between the cadres of the PUK and the KDP

The cadres of the organizations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, on Saturday, in Baghdad, held a meeting with the cadres of the fifth branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.


The meeting comes as part of a series of meetings held by the two sides, within the initial agreement between the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, the Kurdistan Democratic Party and other Kurdish parties, to participate as a unified list in the provincial elections in the disputed areas scheduled for April next year 2020.


It was also agreed to contest the elections by a unified list between the two main parties in the provinces of Baghdad and Kut and invite other Kurdish parties with the opening of the door to welcome all parties and movements of the Faili Kurds and independent personalities to be part of this alliance.
