The Summit Foundation for Refugees and Displaced Affairs has revealed a statistic about the number of immigrants who have died or whose fate is unknown so far over the past 8 years.
The statistics of the Foundation pointed to the death of 594 immigrants from the Kurdistan region during migration to countries abroad and the fate of 150 people is still unknown.
"It's been two years and I'm still waiting for news from my son and my grandson, but so far we have no information about them," said a relative of those whose fate remains unknown.
The head of the Summit Foundation for Refugees and Displaced Affairs said that they have been following up for several years to find out the fate of these migrants, but there is no information about them.
