Khanaqin records the highest temperature

The Directorate of Meteorology and Seismology Monitoring announced the highest temperatures for the cities and towns of Kurdistan Region.


In a statement on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, the Directorate said: The city of Khanaqin recorded the highest temperature, reaching 51 degrees, while Kirkuk and Khormatu reached 48 degrees.


 “The lowest temperature was in Haji Omran, reaching 28 degrees,” the statement added.
