Construction of a cemetery for martyrs of Yezidi

The remains of Yazidi martyrs continue to be exhumed from the mass graves found in the village of Kuju in the Sinjar district.


The Dawd Jundi, a member of the Nineveh Provincial Council said during a televised statement which PUKmedia received a copy of: "The process of exhuming the remains of the martyrs from the mass graves in the village of Kuju is continuing, and so far the remains of 180 martyrs have been recovered."


He added: After the completion of the mass graves and the exhumation of the remains of all the martyrs, A large cemetery will be set up to bury the remains of the martyrs, as a symbol of the injustice and tragedy inflicted on the Yezidis by ISIS terrorists.
